NICEIC we install all makes and types of air conditioning
and ventilation (including the award winning Unico system)
with up to five years manufacturers' warranty.
All our work is carried out by our own experienced engineers
in accordance with latest technology and legislation,
this way we maintain tight control over every job ensuring
that everything runs smoothly.

We carry out free, no obligation serveys
and estimates and provide independent advice. We
calculate heating and cooling requirements using
our software, select suitable equipment and submit
comprehensive options for your approval. We also
carry out and provide risk assessments and method
statements in accordance with ou Health and Safety
and Environmental management systems. |
 We
feel that it is essential to maintain equipment so that
it continues to run effeciently and economically, which
in the modern day climate is of paramount importance in
keeping costs low. Planned maintenance ranging from a
yearly service visit to 24 hour call out is available
to suit your particular requirements. And even if you
don't have a service contract with us we'll attend any
brakdowns usually on the same or next day after the call
out. We also comply with
recent EC
regulation on certain fluorinated greenhouse gases
and operate REFCOM compliant refrigerant handling system
including gas leak detection. |
